December 5th - 7th - Materials Innovation Technologiy will be attending the Carbon Fibers 2007 Conference at the Marriott Hotel Washington in Washington DC. Dr. Mark Janney will be speaking on Friday, December 7th at 10:15 am about the Fabrication of Net-Shape, Chopped Fiber Preforms by the 3-DEP Process.

October 16th - 19th - Materials Innovation Technology will attend the ACMA Composites & Polycon 2007 Trade Show. Our booth # is 1810 so come by and see us. Also, Dr. Mark Janney will be presenting on the 18th at 3 pm on the 3-DEP (Three Dimensional Engineered Preform Process) so be sure to come by and hear him. 

August 2007 - MIT has won a second SBIR Phase I Grant through the Department of Defense - Defense Logistics Agency in regards to the Manufacturing of Composites using the Three Dimensional Engineered Preform Process.

June 2007 - David P. Haack has joined the company to serve as its Chief Engineer.

February 2007 - Mark A. Janney has joined the company to serve as its chief scientist. Janney will oversee the company’s technology development efforts in materials and process development, materials characterization and commercial applications.
